On nitro draft at a Local Restaurant in Jackson Hole. Pours black with a tan head. Flavors of licorice, leather and tobacco. Bitter roast finish.

On tap @ Declaration. Black appearance with a dark brown head. Roasty, chocolate, creamy, a bit gooey, dark fruit nose. A little bit of anise.

Tap at the brewery - dark ruby, nearly black, with a well-sustained tan head - a well-executed and balanced stout, with a nice balance of.bittersweet chocolate, roast, light smoke, vanilla, moderate bitterness, espresso - the black malt bitterness is a little high on the tail end, but otherwise this is reallygood - the best beer I’ve had here so far by a mile.
