On tap @ the brewery. Clear yellow appearance with a white head. Very peppery, clove forward, lemony nose - I really don’t like the yeast they typically use on their Saisons here- with some tropical fruit and mild resin. A little goopy. Somewhat too sweet. Grassy and peppery. Lemon pinesol. The yeast is simply too aggressive and creates some dominating flavors which I don’t like.
