Snifter at the brewery - similar to a tripel in profile - medium sweet, but dries out through the middle into the finish - some grass and soft herbs - light honey, moderate mineral bite - a touch of lavender, white pepper - quite tasty.

On tap @ 12 Degree. Pours a light golden yellow appearance with an off white head. Light clove, straw/hay, grassy aroma with a hint of guava ave tropical fruit. Carbonation is a little dull. Some bubblegum and candy in the flavor along with some tropical fruits. Fairly dry. Some acidity. Not bad.
