On tap at the brewery. Pours a hazy gold with small off white head that lasts. The aroma is salt, wheat, cereal. Thin body, salt, wheat, lemon zest, light tartness, very good.

On tap at bier thirty. Pours out a pale straw color with a ring of a head. Nose is wet straw salty and a touch of fruit. Taste is a nice easy to approach a little wheat salty and a touch of tart. This is pretty good.

Tap @ Bier Thirty: A hazy, soft yellow pour with lots of floaters… some of the sediment never seems to settle after a lengthy warming period. The nose is relatively muted, a little herbal and earthy. A salty taste, but earthy and floral enough to balance. Thirst quenching.

On Tap Hazy light golden with a thin fine creamy off white head. Slightly citrus, wheat aroma. Lightly tart flavors. This is quite tame as far as the sour spectrum goes (no pun intended) Bready and wheaty and missing the traditional saltiness that some classics of this style have. Still, nice and easy for a "sour"

On tap @ Old Chicago’s Fort Collins. Big fucken glass for $3. Hazy dull yellow appearance with a lasting off white head. Some cheesy notes in the nose with herbal spices, lemon, and coriander. Light bodied. Moderately sour. A bit metallic. Refreshing and citrusy. Pretty dry on the palate. The salt isn’t overdone which is nice. Nice quencher even if it isn’t anything that special.
