On tap @ brewery. A bit hazy yellow appearance with a white head. Honey, apple, lemongrass aroma. Effervescent. Slightly tart. Quite fruity flavor. Dry and a bit grainy. OK.

Hazy light gold, with a fairly frothy lace - nose of lemongrass, citrus peel, grass, melon rind, yeast - fairly full carbonation in the mouth, but it is soft rather than abrasive - crisp and mostly dry - light spiciness, wildflower, lemon, melon - a little honey sweetness late - some neutral yeast late dulls things a bit, but also adds some body, so it’s a trade off - light hop spice kicks in in the finish - no noticeable flaws - a solid summer quaffer.
