Bottle on the train home, 13/04/16. Rich chestnut brown with a decent enough beige covering. Nose is brown bread, toffee, lightly toasted malt, grain. Taste comprises toasted brown bread, grain, toffee, biscuit, light fruit esters. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi dryig close. Decent Dunkel.

330ml bottle. Dark brown colour with a small tan head, rapidly dissipating. Aroma is sweetish caramel malts, slight hint of roasting. Taste is smooth and malty and again a gentle hint of roast. Fairly good stuff.

Pours a dark coppery brown color, topped with a medium sized and non lasting beige head. Stinky grainy aroma, some biscuity feel and quite boozy. Sweet taste with a hint of final bitterness. Some mild biscuity malt. Very light and watery, Also feels quite alcoholic. Not that nice.

Bottle from Oddbins. Appearance - chestnut to black in colour. Nice head. Nose - light chocolate but more of nuts and cream in actual fact. Taste - toffee and nuts. Palate - close to medium bodied with a creamy texture and a finish that could be fresher. Overall - a little sweet to be honest. Needs more bitterness to sweep away the rich malt notes.

As A Priessnitz 11 Tmave pivo bez lepku. 330ml bottle from Lazne Jesenik. Piwo bardziej przypomina styl Schwarzbiera piana srednia, malo trwala, barwa przejrzysta, brazowo-czerwona. Celia Dark Gluten free. 500ml bottle. Piwo dobre choc sadzilem ze bedzie lepsze. Piana spora i trwala. Barwa dosc ciemna z licznymi bordowymi refleksami. Zapach kawowo zbozowy. W smaku kawa zbozowa, zytni chleb oraz nieco karmelu i wanilli. Slodkawe lekko ale w koncowce gorycz takze dochodzi do glosu. Piwo gestawe i sprawia wrazenie sytego posilku. Podsumowujac. Priessnitz 3,5, a wersja datk 3,8. srednia wychodzi 3,6
