On tap at the brewery. It's an opaque black with no sparkle, ring of off-white head and no lacing. Aroma is subtle roasted earthy malt and European hops. Taste is roasted malt perhaps with a hint of maple? Mouthfeel is light-to-medium bodied with smooth texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, really weak (virtually absent) maple almost has me wondering if I was given the Irish Stout instead...

Tap @ Square One. Pours a dark brown appearance with a khaki head. Rich maple, toasted malt, and caramel in the nose. The mouth feel is a bit goopy but overall pretty tasty with the maple and caramel dominating.
