Tap @ Second Street Santa Fe Railyard. 2011 vintage. 11.2%. Pours a hazy maroon, red appearance with a small brown head. Rich dark fruity, light berry, caramel, vaguely sweet, pretty nice aroma. A bit strong, nice bodied, toffee/caramel malty, dark fruity, grape, plum flavor. Fairly smooth for 11.2%. Not too complex but pretty nice. How this is less sticky and syrupy than every other one of their beers is a fucking mystery to me.
