Bottle 37,5 cl. Pours a clear amber with a lacing, off-white head. Very funky nose, Brett and Acetobacter? But theres also a noble rot sweetness to it. Medium body, again an underlying Moscatel noble rot sweetness, balsamico and a solid tartness. Sweet and tart are really battling here. Some berry sweetnes preent from non-present berries. Acetic acid as well. 020620

Nice slightly fizzy-creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is mild sour-ish fruity, unripe berries, heather, berry skin, minerals, mild vinegar, citrus peel. Taste is slightly sour-ish dry, unripe berries, fresh wood, citrus acid, grass, berry skin, weeds, sorrel. Medium bitterness, dry mouthfeel. Nice.

Gott.
