Tap @ Black Bottle. Hipster Ale using only Simcoe hops. Pours a hazy, slightly dark orange appearance with a thin off white head. Quite citrusy, juicy pineapple, grapefruit, somewhat soapy, lightly toasted grainy aroma. Somewhat bother, floral/soapy, orange blossom, herbal, lightly spicy flavor. I get a lot of soap and flowers in this one like many if their beers.
