--Sample, thanks AndySnow! -- Clear copper colour, small head.Aroam of caramel and brown sugar. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Hay and dusty caramel, notes of maple syrup. Mid bitter finish. Laid back and subtly interesting.

Refreshing, slightly malted, highly drinkable, and a bit creamy. Fan of the Kentucky Common!

On tap at GABF 16'. Pours a cloudy brown with medium beige head that lasts. The aroma is toasted malt and dark fruit. Medium body, toffee, pure sugar, bready malt, good.

Tap @ Choice City. Pours a dark orange hazy appearance with a light brown head. Tangy berry/grape, caramel, vinegar aroma. Funky, weirdly fruity, somewhat sweet, lightly tart, toasted malty flavor. Not all that great.(2.7)
On tap @ Steve’s Super Bowl party. This is for the non-soured version. Pours a very murky brown appearance with a light brown. A lot of toffee, chocolate, and caramel in the aroma along with some estery notes. Nice body. Well balanced. Soft mouth feel. Light to moderate bitterness. Some nutty / peanut shell notes on the finish. Kind of a hybrid brown beer. Easy enough to drink. (3.4)

Tap at the brewery - marketed as a "dark cream ale" - nose of toffee, tobacco, earthy/leafy notes, hazelnut - flavor of hazelnut, tobacco, vanilla, moderate bitterness, light toffee - dry finish of roasted nuts, mild bitterness, light mineral - interesting and tasty brew.
