Can. A cloudy golden beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of fruit, lemons, and yoghurt. The flavor is sour with notes of lemons, yoghurt, and straw, leading to a tart finish.

Sample (thanks fonefan!). Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is toasted malts, some skunky tones along with citrus and some resin. Flavour is toasted, some grainy, mild herbal and some floral and nectary tones. Kind of funky sourness to it too.

Can 44 cl. #188/294. Pours yellow with a slight haze and a tiny, white head. Strong aroma of lactic tartness - as in pure Berliner Weisse. Light body, super dry and very sour lactic tartness with a hint of baking yeast. Absolutely no trace of the dates. I reckon any flavoring would drown in this highly acidic environment. 280922

Can 440ml. @ home. 🏡🇩🇰 ❄☃️ 💻👀
[ As BrygBrygBryg Date Drip ].
ABV: 6.0%. Can #142/294. Clear light to medium yellow colour with a average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, sulfur, dates, pear. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a average to long duration, tart, dates, wheat, baking yeast, pear, minerals, dry. IMO: odd - weird. Body is medium to light, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20220214]

Tap at 1420. Thin body, med-low carbonation. Nice medium strength farmhouse character. Low sweetness, med-light sourness, slightly tart. Tasty, easy drinking, good.
