Tap at Funkwerks - hazy amber - full, pillowy head - nose is crackery malts, gingerbread, soft spiciness - soft carbonation, borders on watery, but pulls together in the end, offering a semi-firm body - flavor is dry, with moderate dusty yeast, mild spices, gingerbread, light esters - mild notes of dried apricots - finish is lightly peppery - a good brew.

Tap @ Funkwerks. Reddish orange appearance with a white head. Quite spicy, peppery, caramel malty, light citrusy aroma. Fairly toasty malty, caramel/bready, black peppery, light citrusy flavor. Not all that interesting.
