On tap at Saraveza's Farmhouse and Wild Ale Festival, pours a cloudy vibrant yellow with a medium white head. Aroma of prominent farmhouse notes, a little citrus zest, and some barnyard notes. Flavour brings lots of funky barnyard notes, a little leather, lightly tart / tangy tropical fruity notes and a musty earthiness to it. Lots of depth to this, with a lingering finish of lightly tart fruits. Delicious stuff.

Bomber thanks to Mike, picked up in the Great White North. Pours a orange color with a large white head. The aroma is a big Brett funk and almost woody. A nice mellow flavor that showcases Brett with little spiciness, dry, funky at times, little bit of fruity hops. Enjoyable. Great nose.

Appearance: Clear straw yellow with a medium sized white head and good lacing. Brett, citrus and peppery in aroma and taste. Very nice and easy drinking

Bottle @ Scott’s Summer Saison tasting. Thanks so much Scott! Clear, light yellow appearance with a fluffy white head. Musty, straw/hay, a bit funky aroma. Tangy, straw, peppery, dry grainy, light citrusy flavor with a dry finish. Maybe my least favorite Anchorage offering.
