Nitro tap @ Copper Kettle. Dark brown appearance with a creamy, light brown head. Dry, roasty malty, light chocolate, light coffee, light earthy aroma. Dark roasty, a touch burnt malty, light chocolate, earthy flavor. Solid.

Nitro at the brewery, so obviously it looks pretty - flavors of light mineral and even a hint of brine up front make way for moderately bittersweet chocolate flavors, strong roasty notes, toasted maltiness and dark malt bitterness - finish has a mildly acidic touch, as the light mineral notes returns - lingering coffee-like bitterness - a little high in abv for a dry stout, but this is pretty damn tasty.
