Bottle sample at a tasting at Ariel’s place. Thanks tomer. Hazy golden. Hoppy aroma of marijuana and some tropical fruits notes. Bitter hoppy flavor with faint malty sweetness, fruity notes and a pleasant lingering bitter grapefruity finish. Medium-bodied.

(Bottle, 0.33 l - BBE 03/11/13, courtesy of rosenbergh, thanks Jan, 20130412) The beer poured golden and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had fruitiness and citricness. Palate was light bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, sweetness, hint of malts and lowish bitterness. Aftertaste was fruity and mildly bitter. A very fruity beer that would have benefited from stronger and maltier body.

Light haze on this amber beer, good pale cream coloured head. Crispy dry palate. Minerals. A little grain in the malt. Well balanced. Citric hops, pine also. Crisp finish. Kinda English bitter but crisper and more drinkable.

03/12 0.33 l bottle @El Estribo, Madrid. Only 30 IBU stated. It poured clear orange body with medium to smaller head. Nice orange hop aroma, obvious Cascade. Flavor was also lightly bitter, like a mild IPA, pleasantly hopped with nice orange and herbal flavors besides biscuit malts. Medium bodied with long, tasty bittersweet jaffa cakes finish. Quite nice pale ale, no wonder it has renowned status within Spanish beer houses.

Bottle. It pours a semi-clear, golden body and a small, white head. The aroma is quite lemony and grapefruity, with little room left for the malts. Bitterness, grapefruit, lemon peel, green pine cones and some biscuity pale malts in the flavor. Medium to full body, quite dry, with a nice bitterness and grapefruit flavor in the end. Overall, a tasteful, quenching and easy drinkable beer. 121110
