I sense pretty much no wild yeast character here - mostly the woodcut barrel is present here - a lot of vanilla sweetness - some tropical, pineapple notes, possibly from wild yeast, but this is mostly sweet and full of vanilla and coconut - lightly tart on the back end - a touch yeasty - nothing flawed, but nothing stand out.

Tap @ Odell. Pours a reddish orange appearance with a tan head. Some oak, toasted malty, caramel, light vanilla aroma. The flavor was a lot more of a train wreck with a lot of weird flavors going on at the same time: toasty oak, vanilla, caramel, toffee, tart fruit, and grainy malts.

Tap @ Odells Taproom. A stop on grand tour of Fort Collins breweries and bars with Tim, Aaron and Armin, Thanks !! Pours deep amber with a offwhite head. Aroma of malt, slightly sour, fruit, oak, wine notes. Taste is malt, oak, wine notes( proberly tartness from the oak that give this impression) fruit, sourness, redberries. Medium body, lively carbonation. 250212
