At a tasting, thanks YK23 & eyes_wide_shut, almost no head, opaque very dark brown colour, strong and dominant aroma of bourbon, wood and vanila with just a hint of cherry liquor, sam e traits in flavour with some raisins added, quite strong sourness, heavy sweet aftertaste. Too one dimensional and not easy to drink.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Ariel’s place. Thanks YK23 & eyes_wide_shut. 2011 bottling. Black with a foamy beige to ligh brown head. Aroma is cookies-ish, with bourbon, vanilla, chocolate, some dark fruits, some alcohol and light infected notes. Alcoholic flavor with lots of whiskey, cookies, vanilla, a bit of chocolate and fruitiness. Pretty hard to drink, bourbon is overpowering.

Bottle @ Dan’s House, Denver. Pours pitch black with a creamy light tan head, faqding and leaving nice lacings. Aroma of roasted malt, bourbon, raisins, biscuit. Taste is rather light with malts, oak, bourbon, biscuit, raisins and other dark fruit. Thin to medium body, average carbonation, alcohol well hidden. 220212
