On tap at GABF 16’. Pours a hazy orange with small white head. The aroma is wheat, banana, clove. Medium body, citrus, wheat, light dry finish, good.

Tap @ brewery. Clear, light yellow appearance with a nice white head that has retention. Aroma is similar to a witbier but it must just be the Belgian yeast. A little spicy, peppery yeast aroma. Clean, light belgian golden ale with a nice spiciness to complement the fruit notes.

NOTE: This is a Belgian ale, not a golden ale - tap at the brewery - hazy golden - pillowy head - nose of semi-sweet banana and pineapple, a light bit of phenols and dusty/earthiness - full and fairly creamy in the mouth - a bit sweet for the style for my taste, but the sweetness does compliment the tropical fruit flavors - a bit of clove and spice/pepper phenols - there is an acidity on the tail end I am not a fan of, but this is fairly solid and flavorful - just wish it were drier.
