Aroma of yeast, tea, cinnamon, fruit, spices. Taste is yeast, cinnamon, spicy, tea, sweet fruit. Medium body, lively carbonation. Different saison, abit strange and reminds me of Danish spicy X-mas beers. 270212

Tap @ Funkwerks. This sounds a lot more palatable than spice rack saison. Hazy light banana yellow appearance with a fluffy white head that dissipates pretty quickly. Earthy, chai, fairly spicy, straw, light belgian yeasty aroma. Actually I get a lot more chai in the flavor than the nose. Spicy chai, orange peel, light vanilla, coriander, sweet wheat, belgian yeasty flavor. Not as bad as some chai beers but not nearly as good as the few chai beers that are done well.
