Free pint at the taproom. Pours black, with a medium, foamy, beige head. Aroma is bitter chocolate, tobacco, wet grass, licorice, and earth. Relatively dry, with an unpleasant bitterness. Medium body, with a pretty smooth palate. A bit harsh, but not bad.

Tap @ brewery. Deep brown appearance with an off white head. Deep roasty wheat malty, a touch burnt, banana, clove aroma. A little thin body. Roasted, a bit burnt, wheat malty flavor with a moderate note of banana.
