Tap @ brewery. Clear, dark golden appearance with a white head. Light pils malty, slightly spicy, grassy hoppy nose. Slightly spicy, fairly sweet, light pale malty, grassy, organic hoppy flavor.

[Update, 2/12 - new batch is husky as fuck - fuuuuu!] Clear gold - significant lace - nose of light mineral, crackery malt, grassy hops - flavor is clean, lightly sweet pils malt up front - this makes way for potent, grassy and peppery hop character - some crisp, dry mineral character on the tail end, with long lingering spicy hoppiness - very simple but very flavorful, as a good pils should be - wish is was a bit less sweet, with a slightly cleaner finish, but otherwise pretty darn solid.
