On tap at the brewery. Pours with a hazed bronze body with a bone hued head. Aromas are floral, tart, hibiscus, rhubarb, and tropical fruit. Good phenol yeast character. Flavors are tart, lively grassy, grainy, floral, and hibiscus. Really tasty. Lively bubbles, super dry. Elegant.

Tap @ brewery. Hazy amber appearance with an off white head. The hibiscus comes through moderately in the aroma creating a floral, sweet, caramel, fruity nose with the house yeast well noted. Floral and floral dryness, accompany the caramel fruity saison flavor. I’m not sure the hibiscus is really adding to the beer but the beer is still not bad.

Hazy amber - fine, sticky lace - nose is potent lime, hibiscus, camomile - tangy to the point of sourness - some sweet Munich malt hiding underneath - soft carbonation in the mouth - flavor is also very citric - a lot of lime and acidic herbal/wildflower character - definitely overdone in this respect - however, this subdues the malt profile, which is actually a good thing, since the Belgian resistance was overcome by it - the hops add additional tropical fruit character, making the overpowering citrus even stronger - slightly spicy finish - needs more balance, but decent.
