It is a blend using a new Spooky Saison and barrel-aged Gose. It is very funky on the nose and extremely floral and tropical on the pallet. Bone dry and a very very delightful mixed ferment Saison from our barrel side.

very pale golden color. Very carbonated, big frothy white head. Bone dry, light funky nose with good oak, and mild sourness. Funky yeasty notes, apple pie, tart, dry, modestly bitter. Excellent mix of gose and saison.
