From tap at De Drie Dorstige Herten, Utrecht. More grainy than I expected with sweet almost creamy malt, modest hop, touch of caramel. Medium bitter, fairly sweetish. Different, sweet and grainy with bittering hop. Doesn't have the bubble gum associated with Sorachi hop.

330ml bottle. Slightly cloudy, orange golden colour with average, fluffy, moderately lasting and lacing, white head. Minimally bready, pale malty, slightly floral hoppy and minimally yeasty spicy aroma, hints of white bread crust, whiffs of pepper. Taste is minimally bready and spicy, pale malty with some residual sweetness, slightly floral and minimally fruity hoppy, minimally yeasty spicy as well, a touch of yellow stone fruit, black pepper, white pepper. Watery texture, smooth and minimally dry palate, medium, mildly prickly carbonation. Balanced, refreshing - nice.
