Imperial Berliner Weisse w/ Raspberry & Vaniila. In celebration of Garrett and Emily's marriage, we brewed a beer inspired by their wedding cake. Jammy raspberry is accentuated by luscious vanilla and a piquant tartness to give anyone who enjoys an OhEmG! a taste of their special day.

Raspberry, vanilla, malt, sour milk, and grass aroma. Cloudy ruby red with moderate, short-lasting pink head. Mildly sweet raspberry, vanilla, malt, mildly sour lactic acid, and mildly bitter grass flavor. Good body.

Pours from the can a cloudy ruby-purple color with a medium frothy pinkish-white head that diminishes gradually to a dense film. Sticky strings of lacing on the glass. The aroma consists of tart raspberries, wheat and malt. Light-bodied with flavors of raspberry, vanilla, wheat and doughy malt. The finish is tart with a lingering mixed berry aftertaste. Good beer all around.
