12oz can. Looks like a German Pils, touch of green in the dulled tan body. Super steady head. Filtered with fast rising carbonation. Tastes like a German Pils more than most US examples in a good way, not in the cheap ingredient and hop extract way. Peppery, dry, hint of vegetal hop tone. Bready, excellent lager tone balances it right back. Cool example of the hop, really well executed.

12 ounce can from State Line, 8/31/22. Hazy orange-ish, large off-white head, good retention. Aroma of bready malt, mango, passionfruit, toast. Taste is mango, pineapple, pale malt. Juicy, no bitterness. Not really pilsner-ish at all. Nice.

Pours m clear gold. It smells malty, bready, and grainy. The flavor is sweet and bready. Hops is minimal. Claiming 47 ibus for this beer is odd. It doesn’t taste like anywhere near that. Honestly this tastes more like a helles to me than a pilsner. It’s not bad, but it’s not as good as I expected.

The aromas are kind of an odd blend of malt, spice, herbs and floral. Flavors are somewhat similar to nose, slightly on the sweet side up front with okay carbonation and floral hops in the finish. Okay body. Okay beer.

Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a clear gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has lots of straw and hay with a bit of grass supporting. Flavor has lots of grass and hay with straw and a hint of biscuit backing.
