A beautiful copper color our Extra Special Bitter was formulated by Michael Waters to be true to the English style. While the name suggests something very bitter this beer is all about balance. Maris Otter and Biscuit malts delicately balance the East Kent Golding hops. Yeast: English Ale; Hops: East Kent Goldings; Malts: Maris Otter, Biscuit, Crystal. Available on draft only.
