Bottled. A hazy amber with a yellowish head. The aroma has notes of malt and metal. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, alcohol, and fruits, leading to a dry finish.

Tap at Craft and Growler - a bit of an odd beer, here - it’s quite sweet, but also somewhat sour, with a punch of acetone through the middle that lingers through the finish and is amplified by the alcohol presence - bit of white grape late - one of those beers where you can’t tell if it’s infected or supposed to taste like this - odd.

Sample at GABF 10/13/2012, thanks to Bluemeow76 for assistance with note-taking. Hazed golden color with a medium off-white head and stringy lacing. Aroma of yeast, fruit and malt. Medium-bodied with a vinous character and flavors of earthy yeast, malt and wheat. The finish is fruity with a yeast aftertaste. Pretty good overall.

On tap at Petrol Station. Pours a cloudy copper with paperthin head diminishing quickly. The aroma is white wine and fruit. Thin mouthfeel with sweet grape and yeast with sweet finish. Easy to drink a good Belgian from Deep Ellum.
