Bottle at home from Beer Hawk. A clear golden yellow coloured pour with an effervescent rocky white head. Aroma is apple, pale grains, hint of brett funk, apple turnover, faint bitter lemon rind. Flavour is composed of dry grains, lemon rind, pithy, tangy apple, little oxidised and mild infection. Palate is spritzy dutch carbonation, medium light bodied. Meh.
