Covenhoven, Brooklyn bottle: pours yellow with a white head. Pretty floral and quite funky and nicely spicy. Taste is lightly hoppy and tangy. Some citrusy candy taste in there. Nice creamy body. Pretty nice beer. Bery fragrant.

At a tasting, big bubbly slightly gushing, fluffy head, clear yellow color, aroma of citrus and saison yeast with some spiciness in the back, fruity rubbery flavor with some almond, quite dry.. Strait forward, well made and highly enjoyable saison.

Bottle sample at a tasting at troubles’s place. Thanks troubles. As "Three Flowers Saison Vieille". Clear yellow-golden. Aroma is spicy, fruity, a bit earthy, with floral notes. Slightly sweetish flavor, rather dry, fruity, slightly spicy, with a faint bitterish finish. Medium-bodied.

Bottle. Pours a cloudy yellow with medium off white head that lasts. The aroma is honeysuckle, lemon, and brett. Thin mouth, strong brett, oak, lemon, floral, very good.

Bottle brought back from my Denver trip. Pale hazy light yellow with a small off white head that quickly dissipated. Some citrus anf funkiness in the aroma. Sharp spiny saison and the brett gives it a interesting depth. Odd but nice.

Tap - lightly hazy pale straw color - nose of dandilion, lavender, honey, light pepper, jasmine tea - flavor is fairly sweet, with a fair amount of wildflower honey character - some of the jasmine tea from the nose - some dandelion - no noticeable brett, but there is some peppery spice on the tail end - finish is fairly sweet, with some heat that is hard to identify - might be alcohol, might not be - drinkable, but underwhelming.

Bottle at Saraveza, pours an opaque cloudy yellow with a medium white head. Nose is all flowers, with Belgian yeast. Very floral - a punch in the face. Flavour is similar, with loads of floral notes. A smash in the face. Interesting stuff, but not drinkable in very high quantities. Decent.
