Cloudy blond color. Aroma of aluminum and sugar floss, refined white sugar, light lemon and spices. Not too dry, the malt profile is too shallow, it’s a bit lemony and with light acidity, but also it has too much vegetable footprint, even more in the final. I don’t know where they get the farmhouse idea, in this beer.
Not very exciting, another American Saison.

On tap at Portland Craft, pours a cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out lightly funky farmhouse notes, a light citrus tang, and zesty biscuity malt. Flavour is similar, bringing out a very citrus tang upfront, followed by farmhouse notes, and biscuity malt. Very thin and citric palate. Not the most complex or easy drinking beer, but it's quite tasty. Nice one.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear yellow color with a medium white head. A big sour hay nose. The flavor is light sourness, big earthy grains, some pils malt. Solid brew. Very soft and easy.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a hazy yellow with small off white head. The aroma is grain, funk, mineral. Thin mouth, tart, grain, funky, clean finish, really enjoyed this one.
