Son arôme est unique et ceci dû à un mix assez exceptionnel de malts. Son goût est un délice au palais comme au nez et elle laisse un souvenir inoubliable.

Bottle at home. Pours clear, dark amber ( the hell... ? it’s called brown, all I expected was for it to be... Nevermind ) under a small white head. Smell is bit sweet, thin. Taste is weak, sweet, very thin, dark candy Sugar, wattery, damn sweet though ( the taste isn’t intense, but it sure is one-dimentional) I had low expectations, but this one didn’t even match them. Weak mf , and low ( too low ) carbo.

Kicsi, rövid életű hab, homályos, sötét borostyán szín. Illata nagyon enyhe, malátás, jelzés értékű karamellel. Karamelles, malátás, kissé pezsgős, nagyon belgás ízvilág, jelzés értékű keserűvel. Ahogy melegszik, finom gyümölcsös aromák bújnak elő. Utóízét a maláta és a gyümölcs aromák adják. Testes, de nem nehéz. Jól sikerült, finom sör.

The dark one in this small series taken over from Tennstedt-Decroes, with deep bronze colour and thin off-white head; caramelly main character, lots of fruity esters, some candi sweetness, spicy yeastiness, creamy mouthfeel with soft carbo and herbal finish with some warming alcohol and retronasal spiciness. Acceptable but I prefered the blond version.

Helder licht roodbruin bier met weinig schuim. Smaak is licht zoetzuur en licht bitter met sporen van caramel, fruit en citrus, echter nogal waterig met weinig "body" Goed maar niet bijzonder.

330 mml bottle tasted on 22/08/2014. Hazy amber/copper colour with a medium white head. Aroma of hops, malts and a bit of caramel. Taste is medium bitter with hints of caramel, fruits and hops. Medium body and bitter aftertaste. Next one please!
