Bottle. Appears to be bottle conditioned, but the first few pours are completely clear. Straw golden hue (~6SRM), with a white head that lasts. Aromas are hoppy, floral, herbal, citrus, bready. Medium yeast character, peppery, spicy, mild banana esters, lasting phenolic nose. Flavors are dry, peppery, hoppy, bitter with medium esters. Mostly dry with a faint touch of sweetness in the finish. Lively bubbles, dry. Probably better than my scores reflect.

Bomber from The Davis Beer Shoppe in Davis, CA. Pours amber gold with a foamy beige head. Aroma of belgian yeast with some light fruit. Med body. Flavor is light caramel with some fruity hop. There’s a berry aspect in the fruit. It’s quite hoppy, but not harshly bitter. Tends toward dry, but there’s sugar in it. Very pleasant in the mouth. Suggestive of a hoppy tripel.
