Bottle during RBWG. Pours a clear copper with small off white head. The aroma is roast and caramel. Thin mouth with nice candy sugar, dark fruit, hides alcohol well, good.

Bomber from Ale Yeah, Roswell. Pours a hazy dark red color with a thin foamy tan head. Decent head retention. Aroma of big toffee notes and spicy, resin hops. The taste is toffee, caramel, a mild bit of anise and chocolate, and mildly assertive piney hops. Medium bodied, moderate lingering bitterness, prickly booze. Fairy straightforward barleywine, but solidly made.

Murky dark brown body under an average sized light tan head. Caramel, raisins, cotton candy aroma. The flavor is sweet but pretty simple. A bit of hop bitterness in the finish.

22 oz. bottle. Pours dark brown with a small, tan head. The aroma is molasses, dates, soda, and a little earthy hops. The flavor is very sweet and malty. Hold this beer in your mouth for a while, and rich toffee notes come forward, along with hints of oak and red wine. The body is medium to heavy, with good, lively carbonation. The palate is syrupy and clingy. Overall, this is a big, malty, and very delicious beer. Nicely done.
