Silent Sun ($15) is a barrel fermented and aged Gose dry hopped with Hallertau Blanc. Brewed with wheat and pilsner malts, as well as coriander and salt, this Gose was fermented entirely with lactobacillus and brettanomyces in oak puncheons. Refermented in the bottle with two strains of brett.

Bottle thanks to Daniel. Pours a cloudy orange with small off white head. The aroma is funk, yeast, spice, sea salt. Thin mouth, strong sea salt, wood, funk, very good.
