Big Guy Rye: The big brother to lil’ guy! 7.6% ABV 90 IBU he beats the lil brother up a bit. They must have the same mother because it still has an easy drinking quality to it. The aroma from centennial, chinook, columbus, and nelson sauvin hops will knock you over...in a good way! Also caramel malts added providing the clear amber colored body.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear gold with small frothy white head that lasts. The aroma is rye and floral. Medium mouth, dry hop, rye, caramel, light bitter finish, very good.

Growler pours with a clear copper body that has gold edges and supports a light tan head of foam. The aroma emits thick malt sweetened citrus as well as spicy hops, a touch of yummy dank onions and just a bit of malts in the background. The taste is big and rich and demands more sips. I get thick rich citrus like grapefruit and tangelo that has plenty of hop flavor to go along with the firm hop bitterness. Well executed with a tasty rich balance. Dang. I do not want to stop drinking this. I don’t
