Bottle shared during the Sander stag. Pours clear honey gold with w creamy, off-white head. Tangy fruits in the nose, berries, light vinegar. Light sweet flavour with sharp acidity, lemon juice, sweat. Light bodied with spritzy carbonation. Quick and acidic on the finish, with hints of grape, lemon, wood. Quenching. Just a bit sharp.

On tap at Caps & Taps. It pours a hazy light orange/brown color with an off white head. The aroma has a good acid profile with some peach, lemon and light notes of acetic acid. Hints of oak. Pleasant. The flavor is the same. Soft lemony lactic acid behind some toasted malt and a good amount of stone fruit, peach and maybe even a hint of cherry. Touches of an acetic acid kick in the finish. Mostly lactic though. Really enjoyable stuff.

Draught @ Monkish, Torrance, CA. Pours dark reddish with a massive foamy head. Aroma of oak, wood, earthy malts, ripe fruits and farmyard. Taste is smooth, slightly funky and tart with some farmyardy yeastiness, oak, wood and vinous berries. Finish is earthy, funky and slightly tart with some oak and farmyard. Pretty interesting.

Draft - Tart and funky wood notes. Clearish copper with a nice white head. Nice light tart malts and some acidity. Bit nondeScript taste with touches of wood, but pleasant.
