West Coast Style IPA
If you want the ultimate, you’ve got to be willing to pay the ultimate price. But are you crazy enough? Show those guys that are inching their way on the freeways in their metal coffins that the human spirit is still alive. The sea swallows the Sun. And who knows if it rises again. Vaya con dios.

Nice and crisp amber and copper coloured body with a decent, two centimetre tall off-white head. Aroma of bitter hops, grass, hay and a dose of grapefruity and piney hops - very nice and bitter throughout. Medium-bodied; Assertive hop flavours that dominate and show a mostly hop bite, but leading to a solid malt backbone, some sublte yeast and banana notes and finishing with a dose of dry hay, grass and even some oats. Aftertaste shows some mellow hoppiness, a big kick of grapefruit and pines and finishing with a smooth sweetness from caster sugars. Overall, a decent beer, but not an amazing IPA or something worth searching out for - this is good and that’s about it! I sampled this twelve ounce can purchased a few minutes ago at Beer Table Pantry in New York (Grand Central), New York on 09-June-2017 for US$5,00 sampled in Central Park, New York on 09-June-2017.

Can into a snifter showing well filtered golden yellow with sparse white foam. The nose shows a mix of refreshing pine and pineapple with hints of lemon. The palate is light bodied and well carbonated. Flavors of pineapple, light mango, and hints of papaya with a mild bitterness on the finish. Refreshing and simple, solid IPA.

Keg at the brewery. Pours a clear copper with a thin creamy tan head. Good head retention. Aroma of earthy, tropical hops, pale malt and some dill. The taste is bitter pine, resin hops, toffee malt. Medium bodied, strong lingering bitterness, decent balance.
