Draft. Hazy light golden body with a fizzy white head. Aroma of citrus, lemon, light raw grain, toasted grain, light resin. The flavor is moderately sweet and lightly bitter. It finishes lightly sweet and moderately bitter. Medium body, watery'sticky texture, lively carbonation. Pretty standard citrus hop IPA.

12 ounce can from Urban Barley in NYC. Hazy medium gold color. Large rocky off white head. Fragrant citrus hop nose. Sweet citrus, malty flavor . Notes of tangerine, melon and biscuity, wheat malt as well. Entirely refreshing and drinkable. Some dank, pine hops in finish, though they are subtle. A well crafted IPA.

Another good Burial IPA, highlighting the wild variety of hop notes provided by Nelson Sauvins, offering up melon and white grape and passion fruit against a mellow, easygoing malt sweetness. Wheat adds subtle hints of vanilla and clove underneath the hop madness, while the Columbus gives a touch of black pepper and pine to the finish (although a little more clingy bitterness on the fade would be appreciated.) White wine and bread on the nose, while the pour comes out a hazed straw yellow with a fluffy white head and loads of lace. Solid beer.

12oz can pours with a near clear gold body that supports a thin light tan head of foam. The mild aroma offers up pine, grapefruit, citrus pith and then a faint pale maltiness. The taste delivers a pleasing blend of bitter pine, grapefruit and orange hops all supported by a moderate degree of sweet malts. This achieves a nice hoppy bitterness and sweet malt balance and depth.

Pour is a hazy yellow with a large white head. Aroma is a full on tropical fruit. Plenty of mango and pineapple and other various tropical fruit. Flavor is equally as fruit forward. Lots of pineapple, this is almost like drinking pineapple juice. A bit sweet like fruit juice and almost no bitterness. Just canned on 5/30/17, fresher is always better.
