Review based on the BJCP2015 guidelines (style 30A / 15B). Bottle 50 cl - Batch unknown (BBF 16.09.17). AROMA: medium-high mint aroma, followed by medium chocolate notes. slight sweet malt background. APPEARANCE: dark brown color and cristal clear with ruby body against light. medium light brown head with medium-low retention. TASTE: medium mint flavor followed by medium-low chocolate notes. medium-low to low bitterness with a semi-sweet finish. PALATE: medium body with medium-low carbonation. OVERALL: a combination of mint and chocolate, almost like After Eight, a bit on the sweet side from lactose.
