On tap at Saraveza's Farmhouse and Wild Ale Festival, pours a deep dark amber / near-black with a medium beige head. Aroma of earthy notes, dank barnyard notes, leather and toasted malts - fantastic aroma. Flavour brings out strong earthy barnyard notes, pungent citrus hops and dry crusty rye bread. Incredible depth, with a dry palate, full of dank barnyard earthiness and considerable hoppiness. For a style I don't normally like at all, this is amazing. Phenomenal.
