On tap at Culmination, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of saison yeast, followed by sweet fruity esters. Flavour is a typically North American saison, with lots of sweet yeasty notes and fruity esters. Not bad, but this isn't an authentic saison. Meh.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear gold with no head. The aroma is yeast, spice, clove. Medium mouth, yeast, clove, citrus, dry finish.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear copper color with a medium white head. A big banana yeasty nose. The flavor is sweet citrus, lemons, banana, zesty pepper. Very good. Clean.
