750 ml bottle. The beer is a medium gold color. Good clarity. Small white head. Bubbles dissipate quickly. Some cider in the aroma. Sweet apricot and nectarine skin. Light caramel sweetness. Lemon juice. Mild floral note. The taste is fairly tart but the acidity doesn’t overwhelm the flavors. Good bit of fruit. Light on the palate, solid pucker. Another very good beer from GBC.

Bottle thanks to Dan. Pours a cloudy gold with small white head that diminishes to nothing. The aroma is strong oak and stone fruit. Thin mouth, oak, nice tartness, funky, apricot, very nice.
