On tap at The Commons, pours black with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of funk, tart dark fruits, and brett. Flavour is super complex, with brett, funk, tart dark fruits, balsamic, and wood. Funky, vinegary, and lightly tart on the finish. Very good.

On tap at the brewery. Pours black with small beige head that diminishes that lasts. The aroma is strong oak, dark fruit, nuts. Medium mouth, similar flavors to nose, light tartness, very good.

On tap at the Brewpub. Almost black with a minimal head. Aroma and taste of berries, some oak, light vinegar and hazelnuts. A tasty one.
