A Totally Nebular IPA. Great Western premium two-row, combined with c-15 and Dextri-Pils, give this beer a bright and galactic Milky Way hue. The hopping is pure starglow energy, with Chinook to bitter and late and dry additions of Citra and Amarillo.

2014-10-01, draught at Alibi Room, Vancouver, 10 oz, 7-4-8-5-17=41
Hazy golden color. Fruity, fresh, peachy, with light residual sweetness, smooth mouthfeel, nice pale malt flavor, strong bitterness with sweet oranges, orange peel and light resins in the final.
Excellent IPA.

Cloudy deep blond color. The aroma is hoppy, very citrusy, a bit resiny and musky. Very lean body and malt flavor, perfect showcase for the citrusy and resiny hopping, slightly pungent, and definitively lemony and citrusy in the final.
Exactly what you expect from a modern IPA.

Reviewed from notes. Consumed August 15, 2013.
The appearance has a slightly hazy orange body with a one finger white foamy head that drastically dies to barely a film coating the top of the body. There is some light carbonation that is seen rising at a moderate pace, with some messy lacing just kinda goes all over the glass in no apparent way.
The smell is citrusy and piney hops up front and very strong powering their way through the entire brew, but there is a light sweet malty presence in the background.
The taste is bittersweet all the way through the citrusy and piney hops, again with a sweet malty presence in the background, yet there is also a favorable spiciness that comes through in the taste that I really like, very sweet sticky aftertaste and finish.
On the palate, it sits about a light to medium, surprisingly enough despite the ABV - this one shows a very favorable drinkability - big wow. Carbonation seems lighter than most AIPA’s but pulls off pretty good for the style and for me.
Overall, I really wasn’t expecting this one to be this good, holy crap, this is a very good AIPA. Well done Elysian. If there is anything here on the West Coast that I can get for this price of $4.99 a bomber, its this.

22oz bottle pours a very hazy light orange. Looks like a hef with it’s modest but creamy bright white head, leaving lots of persistant sheeting lacing. Nice big citrusy aroma. Classic grapefruit and tangerine. Big, in-your-face bitterness, definite show cased here. Barely enough malt to hold it up. Not for the faint of heart, Just a single purposed and clean bitter IPA with a light body. Nice

Location: 22 oz bottle from Sparrow, 8/9/13

Aroma: The nose is citrus/grapefruit hops, with some pine/resin as well
Appearance: It pours a cloudy orange color with a white head and sticky, pretty heavy lace
Flavor: The flavor is straight-forward IPA, it is lightly sweet with medium-plus bitterness
Palate: The body is medium, fairly typical feel for the style, average carbonation, good drinkability
Overall Impression: This is straight-forward and well-made IPA. There's nothing crazy unusual about it, but it is a plenty good example of the style, and drinks nicely.

Rating from 8/2/13. Bomber with a weird label depicting a giant hop flower puking out hop-laced powdered toast (Powdered Toast Man!). Pours hazy cantaloupe with a medium off-white head with good retention; leaves a little lace. Aroma is catty, grapefruit, lemon rind, perfumy. Taste is simultaneously candy sweet (far from cloying) and refreshingly bitter. Slight oily mouthfeel, medium body. Nice IPA, but I have no idea why they call it Space Dust (the constellation-like patterns of lacework left on the glass? Doubt it...).
