On tap at the Bocktown. Has an oily honey sweet hoppy floral aroma, like flowers! Very outstanding in the olfactory. My nose is truly impressed. Crystal clear light orange yellow. Some decent carbonation but needs more. Very hoppy bitter preservative flavors. Bitter medicinal taste. A little too much bitter personality for my sweet stout taste buds. Long lingering terrible finish. Very good example of an IPA!

Hazy gold orange ale with an overfoaming white head (contaminated?). Sweet herbal aroma, with not much hops or citrus to be found. Good malt base with a fairly harsh hop character, with loads of grapefruit but a unpleasant metallic finish muddles the whole thing. Not my type of IPA.

This starts with a large off-white head over a clear, medium amber body. Decent hop aroma, somewhat floral but not heavily done. Fairly well balanced but still somewhat restrained for an IPA. Needs more hops, malt and body to really shine.

Draft. Copper, somewhat cloudy appearance. Fruity malt seemed more dominant than hops in both aroma and flavor. Nice carbonation that adds a prickly feel to the palate. Easy sipping, refreshing, but hops not as advertised.

Hazy orange body, medium/thin off-white head. Earthy hops and biscuity, toasty malts in the aroma. Tangy body, bready, with earthy, musty hops. Like the description states, there is a unique fruity quality to this IPA. Really not all that hoppy for the style. Unique, decent. Thanks Dan (jah noth) for the bottle!

Hazy orange colour, citrusey-insanely hoppy smell. Fairly thin body and taste...the hops hit initially, but fade in time. For all of you hop-heads like myself, this beer is a must-try...and is a good alternative to 'Tuppers Hop Pocket Ale' which can really only be found in Virginia!
