Taster at Beasts & Brews. Pours a clear, straw color, with a big, foamy, off-white head. The nose is toast, juniper, lavender, and dust. Dry and pretty sharply bitter. Light and sticky. Too hoppy for a good kolsch, but not bad overall.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear yellow gold with medium frothy white head. The aroma is grass and spruce. Thin body, grass, citrus, crisp, good.
