URSUS Black nu este o bere brună obișnuită. Povestea ei începe nu cu unul, așa cum au berile obișnuite, ci cu trei tipuri de malț toate 100% pure. Iar în povestea ei, fiecare malț are rolul lui: unul dă gustul, altul dă culoarea, pe când al treilea conferă aroma. Gustul blând, nu foarte amărui (23 unități de amăreala), și cele 6 procente de alcool îi dau personalitatea unică. Așa că URSUS Black cu trei tipuri de malț, e altfel decât orice altă bere brună.

Can. As Ursus Black Grizzly. Same abv as Ursus Black. Picture of a bear on the front l, maybe a local Transylvanian marketing thing. Anyway, almost clear deep red brown beer, decent pale tan head. Palate is light and mildly dry, decent fine carbonation. Airy dark malts, slightly thin but fine for the style. Caramel and mildly roasty malts, a mild earthyness. Mild esters and a little ripe fruits. Light and semi dry finish. Tasty enough, not quite as good as the other dark lager from this brewery.

Quick rate, I am soaking wet. Smell-weak mar. Foam-medium sized, white, thin, malt, weak roast, weak hops. Appearance, brewer cap, simple label. No bonus. Taste-weak hops, malt, bitter tones. Nirt bad dark beer.

Can. Deep rubyish black colour with a small off-white head. Aroma is burnt sugar, some chocolate, mild toast and rye with some wooden tones. Flavour is chocolaty, burnt sugary sweetness with some grains, mild toast and a bit rye bready elements.

Ursus Black Grizzly. Õlle on selline jook, et iga uus kord kui klaasi või pudeli suule tõstad, siis leiad midagi uut, sõltuvalt tuhandest-miljonist pisiasjast, mis hetke olukorda mõjutavad. Seega piirdun iga õlle juures selle tekstiga.

Can from the Authentic Romanian Store, Aberdeen. It pours darkest brown up to the light, but is pretty much black with a decent khaki head. The aroma is toasty, dark roasted malt, umami, prickly liquorice, liquorice allsorts, black bun and rye bread. The taste is dry upfront, rich dark roast, bitter - sweet character, plenty of umami, toasty, big liquorice character, light char, malt loaf, rye bread, touch of caramel and cola with a dry, toasty liquorice finish. Medium, pretty fulsome body and average carbonation. I quite like this tbh. Fulsome and pretty flavourful. Like the 6% boost level also.
