#ladybroz is the same exact recipe as Broz Day Off(4.8% Citra IPA) except we added a ton of whole Hibiscus flowers and a little bit of grapefruit juice. The hibiscus turned this already rad citra bomb crusher into a straight up ‪#‎pinkdrank‬. It also provided a bit of acidity which really softens the mouthfeel and enhances the bright hop character. The hibiscus contributes an awesome subtle herbal(but not overbearing) character too. The grapefruit was solely added to also soften up the mouthfeel and add a subtle complexity. It is not a prominent component in the flavor profile and was intended not to be. If you are looking for a grapefruit bomb, you might be disappointed. If you are looking for a really complex, low abv, citra forward IPA that's pink, this is the one for you!
